This traditional flat bread is both superior and time saving when compared to similar breads. Our gyro bread is pre-oiled so chefs don't have to oil it on the grill. Lovingly pressed and hand-stretched (to guarantee fluffi-ness), our bread has both a better texture and flavor. More durable, when slightly heated it won't crack or split. Our whole grain flat bread is unique. Our whole grain bread contains NO white flour, and is con-sidered the choice of many dieticians (especially for diabetics). Whereas multi-grain products may contain white flour, our whole grain products DO NOT. However, you'll use it just because it tastes great!
